Meaning of Terms Used
End users are people that will look or read your material. Your client is not end user.
Non-Chargeable product is a product that end users WILL NOT be charged for (like free pamflets, free brochures, NGO propaganda).
Chargeable product is a product that end users WILL BE charged for use (like magazines, newspaper… etc). It is any kind of work that results in making profit.
Impression is a number of copies of your end product or number of online views or number of times aired on TV or number of digital medums with your end product (CD, DVD…). If you exceed numbers from the table you need to obtain a higher category license.

FREE LICENCE
With this type of license you are allowed to use items only by yourself for making a end product which end users WILL NOT be charged for and for less than 2.000 impressions in cumulative (multiple personal use up to 2.000 impressions). You must NOT charge any clients or earn money in any given way with this type of license. If you are making money from free download, or your cumulative impressions (for multiple usage) are higher than stated above, consider upgrading to higher category license. You can remove any of our branding. If you can mention us anywhere we will appreciate such gesture.
REGULAR LICENSE
Most wanted license type. With this type of license you are allowed to use items by yourself or for your client, for making a SINGLE end product which end users WILL NOT be charged for and for less than 10.000 impressions. You can charge your client for your services as much as you want. And you should, you are doing a tough and honest job! If you need to use this item in multiple end products you need to purchase the same item again. (You do not need to download files again in such case.) If your cumulative impressions (for multiple reprints of single end product) are higher than stated above, consider upgrading to a higher category license.
EXTENDED (COMMERCIAL) LICENSE
With this type of license you are allowed to use items by yourself or for your SINGLE client for making end products which end users WILL BE charged for and for UNLIMITED number of impressions. You can charge your client for your services as much as you want. And you should, you are doing a tough and honest job! If you need to use this item in multiple clients you need to purchase the same item again. (You do not need to download files again in such case.)
DO NOT FORGET THIS:
- You must never redistribute downloaded source items to anyone on any medium or format.
- The license is sold to you. You are responsible for how your clients will be using your work based on our items.
- You must never charge your client or end user for our files. You can charge them as much as you like only for your services of finding, downloading and modifying our items.
- You must never claim your rights on our products. We only sell you right to use it not exclusive rights.
- Licenses are non-transferable and absolutely revocable in any given time.
